Affiliation Technology reserves the right to modify prices, services, and packages at any time. All packages, prices, and services listed on our website are subject to change without prior notice. We hold the sole discretion to adjust the pricing for our services, and any new rates will apply to future transactions. However, orders placed before any price adjustment will be honored at the previous rate.
Work will only commence once payment is received. It is the client's responsibility to provide all necessary information for verification; failure to do so may result in delays. If there is no communication from the client for more than 30 days, the project will be put on hold. If there is no communication for over 180 days, the project will be considered closed.
Late/Non-Payment Policy:
- A fee of $90 will be charged if you wish to restart a project previously halted due to late or non-payment.
- If payment for renewal is delayed, technical support will be withdrawn after 7 days from the due date.
- After 14 days of non-payment, your website and services will be suspended.
- After 30 days of non-payment, your website and data will be permanently deleted from our systems.
- In the event of a credit card chargeback or payment reversal, all your data, including website and email information, will be deleted immediately.
We prioritize reaching out to clients before terminating their services, but it remains the client's responsibility to ensure contact and billing information is up to date.
Regular Updates to Contact Information:
We use the contact details available to us to update clients. If you fail to receive communications due to outdated contact information, we hold no responsibility for any actions taken. It is the client’s duty to keep their information current to avoid any disruptions.
